Always have a valid ticket!
When you enter a public transport vehicle, you must already have a valid ticket – buy one using the “MojeDPO” phone app, or buy an SMS ticket (which is for Czech phone numbers only). Alternatively, you can buy a ticket immediately after entering the vehicle at one of the on-board payment terminals, using your bank card or credit ticket.

For a dog or for large items of luggage, you need to buy a separate ticket.
Check the dimensions of your luggage, and make sure your dog is wearing a muzzle and has a short leash. However, if you’re travelling on a 24-hour, 3-day or 6-day ticket, large luggage or dogs can travel with you for free.

In Ostrava we don’t just have ticket inspectors who fine people travelling
without tickets. We have passenger assistants, who will be glad to help you and give you information – but of course, if you don’t have a valid ticket, they’ll fine you.

Behave in our vehicles like you would behave inside your own home.
That means don’t throw litter under the seats, don’t roller-skate, and don’t walk around with a rucksack on your back.

5
Ice cream, drinks and other tasty snacks
are for outside. Please don’t bring them into our vehicles.

If you’re a cyclist,
don’t forget that a bicycle needs its own ticket. If you want to enter a vehicle with a bicycle, you need to tell the driver (ask the driver, or at least show the driver that you have a bike with you).

Smile, you’re safe!
Our vehicles have a camera system for your safety.
